The Canadian Northern Studies Trust (CNST), established in 1982, awards five $3,000 scholarships annually to advance knowledge and understanding of Northern Canada. Open to researchers in all disciplines who engage in direct northern field research.

Eligibility

Post-secondary students from all subject areas whose research involves a thesis or similar document, includes direct northern field research or experience, and is relevant to northern challenges or issues.

Requirements

Apply through acuns.ca. Submit an application including a research proposal, proof of enrollment, two referee reports, and official transcripts.
