The TD Scholarships for Community Leadership program awards up to $70,000 over four years (up to $10,000/year for tuition and $7,500/year for living expenses) to student leaders across Canada who have made significant contributions to their communities. Recipients also gain access to paid summer employment opportunities with TD, peer networking, and mentorship. The program awards multiple scholarships each cycle. Applications for the 2027 entry cohort open in September 2026.
Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or Protected Persons in their final year of high school (or last year of CEGEP in Quebec) who have demonstrated a commitment to community leadership. Applicants must have a minimum overall average of 75% (or an R score of 26 in Quebec).
Applications include evidence of community involvement, leadership activities, references, and transcripts. The application cycle for students entering post-secondary in September 2027 opens in September 2026. Recipients must be entering a Canadian college or university for the first time.
