Ontario resident entering first year of a publicly funded Canadian college or university, who has not graduated more than 12 months prior to application, has an 80%+ academic average, and has demonstrated outstanding community commitment.
Submit: official transcripts, three essays (200 words each on post-secondary/career goals; 500 words on community commitment demonstrating initiative, innovation, and leadership), two reference letters (one from a school official, one from a community group), and optional proof of post-secondary acceptance. Applications open March 2, 2026.
