The American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation (ASHFoundation) Graduate Student Scholarship program awards up to 15 General Graduate Student Scholarships of $5,000 each, plus up to 11 additional scholarships in specialized categories including: up to 3 for international students (non-U.S. citizens), up to 3 for racial/ethnic minority students, up to 3 for NSSLHA members, and awards for research in specific areas. All scholarships are $5,000 each. The program supports full-time graduate students in communication sciences and disorders programs in the U.S.
Applicants must be full-time international students (non-U.S. citizens) enrolled in or accepted into a graduate program in communication sciences and disorders in the United States. Clinical doctoral programs in audiology or master's programs in speech-language pathology must be accredited by or in candidacy status from the Council on Academic Accreditation.
Submit an application through the ASHFoundation portal. Up to three international students receive the $5,000 award annually.
