Canada Life + Lime Connect Technology Internship and Scholarship Award

The Canada Life + Lime Connect Technology Internship and Scholarship Award combines a $5,000 CAD scholarship for the upcoming academic year with a paid summer internship at Canada Life in one of three Canadian cities. The award is specifically designed to support post-secondary students with disabilities who are pursuing technology careers. It is administered through Lime Connect, a network that champions high-achieving people with disabilities. Applications open each fall, with a deadline in early January.

Open to students who self-identify as having a visible or invisible disability, are enrolled in or intend to enroll in a university or college in Canada in the upcoming academic year, and are pursuing a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related technology program. Applicants must demonstrate leadership and a passion for technology.

Applicants must apply through the Lime Connect portal, submit a letter of recommendation by the deadline, and be available to complete a summer internship in Winnipeg, Toronto, or London (Ontario). Strong academic performance is required. The award is not open to current high school students.
