Dwight D. Gardner Scholarship

The Dwight D. Gardner Scholarship is one of IISE's premier undergraduate scholarships, awarding up to $4,000 to recognize outstanding ISE students. It is funded by contributions honoring Dwight D. Gardner's legacy in industrial engineering. Multiple awards may be given each year. Nominations open annually on September 1.

Open to undergraduate IISE student members enrolled in an accredited ISE program in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico with a graduation date of May 2027 or later. Applicants must maintain a minimum 3.4 GPA. Self-nominations are not permitted.

Nominations are accepted September 1-November 15; nominated students submit application materials by February 1 including transcripts, three letters of recommendation, and an application form. Academic achievement and leadership are key selection criteria.
