The Foster G. McGaw Graduate Student Scholarship awards $5,000 to final-year graduate students in healthcare management who demonstrate financial need. Administered by the American College of Healthcare Executives, the scholarship honors Foster G. McGaw, a health care pioneer and philanthropist. The award is designed to help offset tuition costs, student loans, and other educational expenses for future healthcare leaders.
Applicants must be U.S. or Canadian citizens enrolled full-time in a healthcare management graduate program (MHA, MPH, MBA in Healthcare Administration, or similar) and entering their final year of full-time study. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and not currently hold a paid healthcare management position.
Submit an application through ACHE between January and March 31 of the award year. Doctoral students are not eligible.
