HFC awards 12 scholarships annually (3 high school written, 3 high school photo/multimedia, 3 college written, 3 college photo/multimedia) with $1,500 cash awards each, plus VIP Virtual Awards Reception. Uses storytelling to drive awareness about Alzheimer's disease.

Eligibility

High school or college students in the US or Canada (including home school students) who have been impacted by Alzheimer's disease.

Requirements

Submit a written profile (max 750 words) or photo essay of someone living with or who passed away from Alzheimer's disease; original content only, no AI-generated content; submit via HFC's Submittable page.
