Eligibility

High school or college students in the US or Canada (including home school students) who have been impacted by Alzheimer's disease.

Requirements

Submit a written profile (max 750 words) or photo essay of someone living with or who passed away from Alzheimer's disease; original content only, no AI-generated content; submit via HFC's Submittable page.
