Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or Protected Persons who are residents of Alberta and are enrolled in arts, humanities, or social sciences programs, especially fields where their gender is underrepresented or where their work advances gender equality. The scholarship is open to women, men, and gender-diverse individuals.
Applicants apply through the Alberta Student Aid system when the intake period opens in September. Up to 40 scholarships are awarded per cycle. Applicants must demonstrate how their studies or work relate to gender equality or how they are pursuing a field where their gender is underrepresented.
