Open to graduate or upper-level undergraduate minority students preparing for a career in state or local government finance. Eligible fields of study include public administration, governmental accounting, finance, political science, economics, or business administration with a focus on government or nonprofit management.
Applicants must submit two letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to their commitment to the public sector, along with transcripts and an application form. The application window opens each November for the following cycle.
