About

Created by Seymour Schulich, former JA Canada Governor, to encourage entrepreneurship development in Canada. $2,000 award open to JA Company Program participants from all 15 local JA offices across Canada.

Eligibility

Participant in JA Company Program (in-school or after-school) during 2025-26. Must be graduating high school by June 30, 2026 and enrolled in an accredited college, university, or apprenticeship program for Fall 2026.

Requirements

Submit: (1) 500-word personal reflection essay on JA Company Program experience, (2) video 90 seconds or less discussing entrepreneurship value in Canada, (3) one letter of recommendation from a JA volunteer/advisor or teacher.
