Canadian high school students in Grade 11 (for undergrad stream) with demonstrated financial need (household net income ≤ $80,000), integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity, commitment to post-secondary education, and community involvement. Must plan to pursue a Bachelor's degree at an accredited Canadian university.
