About

Annual Founders' Awards. In 2026: 20 awards totalling $140,000 — 14 undergraduate awards of $7,000, 3 graduate awards of $10,000, and 3 skilled trades awards of $4,000. Financial need is a secondary criterion.

Eligibility

Students from across Canada who hold a CST RESP; entering or enrolled in post-secondary studies in Canada for Fall 2026. Three categories: undergraduate, graduate (Masters+), and skilled trades/community college.

Requirements

Two-phase application: Phase 1 written submission (Feb 18 - Mar 25, 2026), then Phase 2 video submissions for selected finalists (Mar 31 - Apr 25, 2026). Evaluated on motivation/commitment, educational/career goals clarity, and demonstrated financial need.
