Innovation in Education Scholarship

The Innovation in Education Scholarship by LA Tutors 123 awards $500 monthly to students who have created an innovative project that benefits their community. With 12 awards per year totaling $6,000 annually, it is designed to be accessible throughout the year rather than through a single annual deadline. The scholarship celebrates creative student initiative and entrepreneurship. Applications reopen on the 1st of each month and close on the 20th.

Open to current high school or college/university students who are citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or Canada, or hold an active F1 I-20 or J1 DS-2019 visa in the United States. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Applicants must have designed an innovative project such as a website, app, blog series, or fundraising campaign that makes a positive difference in others' lives, and submit documentation of this project. Submissions are accepted on a monthly rolling basis, closing on the 20th of each month. Twelve awards are given annually.
