The Rick Ross Student Scholarship is one of six annual scholarships administered by the Canadian Water Resources Association to support graduate students in water resources. It awards $2,000 to a deserving candidate and is named in honor of Rick Ross's contributions to the Canadian water resources community. The award is determined through CWRA's unified single-application process. Results are announced to all applicants before March 31 of each year.
Open to Canadian citizens or permanent residents enrolled full-time in a graduate program at a Canadian university or college in both fall and winter terms. The applicant's research must relate to applied, natural, or social science aspects of water resources.
Applicants submit a unified CWRA application through their university or college department by January 31 at 11:59 PM PST. Proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent residency is required. Selection is based on academic excellence and research relevance to water resources management.
Most students miss 2659+ scholarships they actually qualify for — don't be one of them.
