About

The BC Excellence Scholarship awards 55 top-performing Grade 12 students in BC $5,000 vouchers redeemable for tuition at any BC-designated post-secondary institution. Vouchers are valid for 5 years.

Eligibility

BC high school graduates eligible for a BC Certificate of Graduation (Dogwood Diploma). Minimum 'B' average with no more than one 'C+' in graduation requirements. Must demonstrate service, leadership, and commitment to post-secondary studies. Each school may nominate only one student.

Requirements

Nominated by your school (only one nomination per school). Apply through the BC Government forms portal. Application due by 3:00 p.m. on February 17, 2026.
