Ontario resident, age 25 or younger as of January 1 of the academic year, entering first year of a diploma or degree program at a public Ontario college or university, admitted directly from secondary school.
Submit online application with: curriculum vitae detailing volunteer and charity work (PDF), 500-word maximum essay on commitment to community service (PDF), minimum two reference letters related to volunteer involvement (PDF). Official transcript with final marks sent directly from high school by July 30.
