About

A $40,000 renewable scholarship (8 x $5,000/term) for outstanding domestic students entering SFU's Computing Science program. Generously funded by the Shein and Amynmohamed Rajan Family.

Eligibility

Canadian citizens or permanent residents applying to SFU for the Fall term. Must be in the final year of high school or have graduated within the past year with no post-secondary enrollment. Minimum 90% average or 31 IB points. Two references (academic and community-based) required by January 31. Must be applying to the Computing Science program at SFU.

Requirements

Apply online through the SFU USES application portal. Application opens October 1 and closes December 15 (11:59 PM PST). Submit community involvement documentation (up to 5 activities), a 500-word personal essay, two references, and optional financial circumstances information. Supporting documents due January 31. Award announcements: mid-March through May.
