One or more scholarships with a value of at least $20,000 are awarded to academically outstanding international students who have graduated from the Canadian International School of Hong Kong, Aberdeen, Hong Kong, and are entering directly into the first year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Victoria. If the recipient is also eligible for the University of Victoria International Entrance Scholarship, they will receive the scholarship with the higher value. Approval of the recipients is made by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendation of the Canadian International School of Hong Kong, Aberdeen, Hong Kong.
