Two or more awards of equal value are to be given to third or fourth year undergraduate students of different genders with a declared Major or Honours program in the Department of Economics. Each recipient is to be BC born, be a graduate of a BC public high school and have demonstrated financial need. If there are no eligible recipients, then the awards are to be given to entering first or second year students from outside the lower mainland and the greater Victoria area who were BC born, graduated from a BC public high school and have demonstrated financial need.
