One award of $2,500 will be given to an undergraduate student entering the Faculty of Law who self-identifies as Black, Indigenous or a Person of Colour. Preference will be given to a student who has demonstrated academic ability together with determination, resilience, contribution, and compassion in areas of life such as prior work experience, graduate study, community service, family care or disability. Approval of the recipients will be made by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendation of the Faculty of Law.
