About

$1,500 each; 11 awards available. For applicants who have been out of school at least one year after secondary school. Based on academic standing and community involvement.

Eligibility

Must have applied for admission and been assigned a BCIT ID. Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Must commence full-time studies (≥60% course load) in an eligible BCIT program of at least 5 months duration. Applicants who have taken one or more years away from school since secondary school (through work or other post-secondary). Selection based on academic standing and school/community involvement.

Requirements

Complete the online entrance award application at bcit.ca/financial-aid. You do not need to be formally accepted into your program by the application deadline.
