In the winter and the recipient must be registered to receive.

Eligibility

Black Canadian citizens or permanent residents entering a full-time graduate program offered by the Department of Biomedical Sciences. Not tenable with other scholarships. Tenable with travel grants or financial need awards, as applicable. Citizenship: Canadian-PR-PP.
