Lieutenant Colonel Kenneth Jacobs Western Continuing Admission Scholarship of Distinction for Black Students

$2,500/year for up to 4 years (maximum $10,000). 10 awards. For self-identified Black students based on top admission average. Open to domestic and international applicants. Includes an optional $2,000 study abroad component for approved international experiences through Western International, to be completed by end of fourth year.

Self-identified Black students (domestic and international); based on top admission average. Must complete Black Student Self-Identification form by June 30. Entering first-year undergraduate directly from high school; full-time registration required (minimum 3.5 courses) at main campus. Cannot be combined with the National Scholarship or Schulich Leader Scholarship. Students with prior post-secondary attendance are ineligible. Cannot be deferred. Renewable for up to 4 years by maintaining 80% average during the Fall/Winter academic year and remaining registered full-time. 10 awards.
