ScholarLog is a free tool that helps Canadian students discover and track scholarships they may be eligible for. We are not a scholarship provider. We do not award scholarships, and we are not affiliated with any scholarship sponsor unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility to Use

ScholarLog is intended for use by students, parents, and educators in Canada. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the platform for legitimate scholarship research purposes.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@scholarlog.ca.

4. What We Do With Your Information

We use the information you provide (name, email, school, program, eligibility details) to match you with relevant scholarships and send you deadline reminders if you opt in. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Scholarship Information

We do our best to keep scholarship listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every listing reflects the current status of an award. Always verify details — including deadlines, amounts, and eligibility — directly with the scholarship provider before applying.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use ScholarLog for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access data that isn't yours
Submit false or misleading information
Scrape or copy our scholarship database without permission

7. Our Service Is Free

ScholarLog is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but we will always notify users in advance and never charge without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScholarLog is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed scholarship deadlines, inaccurate listings, or any outcomes related to scholarship applications. Use the platform as one tool among many in your scholarship search.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
